“Unbridled” Excitement!

Tough…or tender? If she plays her cards right, she won’t have to choose…

From Fallen Angels Reviews: “…In [UNBRIDLED]…we are following the sexy machinations of Justin, and he does sexy so well it isn’t difficult to picture him doling out love to his two subs. It’s also remarkably easy to see why they’d be eager to do his bidding. However, it is totally refreshing to watch Dani and Rowe slip the noose and insist on him obeying them for a change of pace…If you are seeking an intensely erotic short read, UNBRIDLED is the one for you…”

Tomorrow's New Release
Monday, November 23rd, 2009

For those of you who love cowboys, and those who think a true ménage is just divine, tomorrow will bring a sweet new treat.

Tough…or tender? If she plays her cards right, she won’t have to choose.

Dani Standifer arrives home at her West Texas family ranch a day early, ready to pick up where she left off with Rowe Ayers, her high school sweetheart. However, when she opens the door to their line-shack trysting place, it’s clear she waited a day too long. Rowe’s with someone else—another man. And not just any other man—Justin Cruz, the bad boy with whom she shared one wild encounter, years ago.

Justin’s waited a long time for this moment. He knows his reputation, but since he seduced Rowe, he’s been a one-man cowboy—waiting for Dani to return and become the delicious fulfillment of his and Rowe’s needs. If she’s up to the challenge.

To her own surprise, Dani finds she’s more than ready to have both men in her life—as soon as she and Rowe teach Justin a lesson or two about love.

Their small town may not be ready for their kind of relationship. And Dani’s brother Cutter’s mile-deep grudge against Justin throws in a complication that could break the foundation the three of them have built…

Warning: Hold on for the rodeo of your life with rough ridin’ male on male action; blazing hot m/m/f scenes; and melt-your-panties lovin’ as each of these sexy cowboys gives it the way they know best to turn their woman inside out.

*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*

Justin let himself and Dani into Rowe’s darkened foyer and, with a hand at her back, guided her through the living room and down the hallway toward the bedroom at the end of the long corridor.

Rowe’s house wasn’t as large as Dani’s. Just a plain old-fashioned ranch house, single-storied, a white clapboard exterior with a porch stretching along the front. The interior wasn’t fancy, but the furnishings were sturdy, well made. A far cry from the cheap cinder block and plain pine furniture he’d grown up with. This time, his gaze didn’t roam the rooms, cataloging the differences.

Light fanned into the hallway from the crack of an open door. Dani’s steps slowed.

“You know what’s gonna happen tonight…” he whispered, wondering if she was getting cold feet.

“Think I’m gonna back down?”

Justin drew a deep breath, warning himself to slow down. “Anytime you get nervous or scared…”

One pale brow arched. “You’ll stop?

Sunday Report Card

Quick NaNoWriMo Update: I’m at 36,632 words.

Another productive week, even with all the travel. I finished chapters 1-3 of my erotic proposal, and I’m almost done editing it. I also finished the first chapters of an erotic novella and a paranormal novella.

Bad, Bad Girlfriend was accepted, although I do have to go back for a final runthrough of edits before I return it to my editor. And that’s everything I accomplished for the week.

This week, I’ll have the 5-year-old underfoot for the first couple of days, so I expect dismal progress. But since it’s been so long since she visited, I don’t care. The rest of the week will be nose to the grindstone. I want to finish SOW, but I don’t yet have a firm grasp of the story. I hope it comes.

The big news? UNBRIDLED releases on Tuesday! So if you’re ready for a sexy menage—this is it! And seriously, can you resist a warning that reads like this one?

Warning: Hold on for the rodeo of your life with rough ridin’ male on male action; blazing hot m/m/f scenes; and melt-your-panties lovin’ as each of these sexy cowboys gives it the way they know best to turn their woman inside out.

Quick NaNoWriMo update: I’m at 35971. Not a huge gain, but it could have been nothing, nada, zilch. Gotta see the bright side. Today will be challenging too because I’m heading back to Little Rock for the monthly Diamond State Romance Authors meeting.

Since I’m in a rush to get a shower and get out the door, I hope you enjoy a peek at something I’m working on now. Please forgive any errors—I am not an editor, I just write these kinky little things.

“A girl’s gotta do what girl’s gotta do,” Jolene Ledbetter muttered and cinched the belt of her silk robe tightly around her waist.

She eyed the long, hard body stretched across her soft cotton sheets and just barely suppressed an appreciative sigh. No, she wasn’t going to slip back into bed with the man—no matter how tempting the package his large hand caressed in his sleep.

Even snoring, he oozed sex appeal. His nude, six-feet-four, hard-muscled body sprawled diagonally, taking up most of her queen-sized mattress. The sheets were pooled on the floor at the foot of the bed, because they’d both dozed off, sweating after the last round of mind-blowing sex. A dark, bluish shadow hugged the curve of his jaw and she could well imagine how it would feel scraping against her breasts or between her thighs.

“Mmm-mm-mm,” she breathed, not wanting to wake him, not just yet. She still had to work on suppressing the need curling deeply inside her belly and stiffening her noodle-limp backbone.

Time for Gabriel Devine to piss or get off the pot. Time for him to man up.

Just a note…
Friday, November 20th, 2009

Quick NaNoWriMo update: I’m at 35,202 words now!! And I finished the rough draft of the partial for LIT. It’s massively ugly at the moment, but I’ll work on editing it over the next few days because I want to get it into my agent’s hands next week.

I’ll be out of pocket today. I’m going to see my doctor in Little Rock for my bi-annual checkup and to get any vaccinations needed, if any, for my cruise next month. The appointment’s in the morning, and then at noon I’ll be meeting Shayla Kersten at The Beanery for a “write-in”.

So I won’t be online until tomorrow night. Likely my inbox will have exploded with more Harlequin vs. RWA messages, so it will be very slow going to catch up. Y’all behave, now!

NaNo Progress, so far…and an excerpt
Thursday, November 19th, 2009

Quick NaNoWriMo update: I’m at 32,978 words! If you look at the list of my current progress meters—that’s what I’ve achieved so far for November. And that novella I finished last week, Bad, Bad Girlfriend, was accepted by Ellora’s Cave yesterday!

I know, I’m cheating. NaNo is supposed to be about a writer completing a single 50k novel in a month, but it’s just not in me to work on one thing at a time. I’m working on three now. I’d wanted to keep it to just two, but yesterday this scene came to me, and I knew I had to get it down while it was vivid in my mind. Here’s a peek, but keep in mind it’s rough, unedited. But maybe a little fun too, huh?

They were going at it again, and he was gonna get arrested. Which would be pretty embarrassing, considering he was cop.

Like clockwork, the couple across the alleyway started banging the minute his car pulled into the garage.

He slid the overhead lamp switch off so that the light from his car wouldn’t beam the moment he opened the door. He’d already loosened the garage light bulb to make sure it didn’t give him away. Carefully, he closed his car door, pushing it with his hip to muffle the click as it locked, then sat with his butt against the trunk and watched the show.

They had to know he could see every damn thing—every drop of sweat, every curl of pale blonde hair. She faced the window, clutching the bottom sill, her breasts bouncing every time Boyfriend slammed her ass.

God, her tits were Grade A prime. Cherry nipples, round and high and quivering with her ragged breaths.

Her blue eyes closed, her mouth rounded, and he knew when she came because she always wore the same expression, the corners of her mouth curving like the cat that licked the cream. Her cheeks rosy, her eyebrows drawn together tightly.

And if he the wind hadn’t been whistling through the alley, he would have heard the little whimper she gave when her boyfriend milked the last little contraction of her orgasm.

Fuck. He needed his own woman. Maybe she had a twin. Because he sure as shit wouldn’t be satisfied with anyone who wasn’t her, Jane Peabody—Jane Hotbody in his own lurid mind.

They’d finished, and boyfriend was pulling her into his arms, wrapping them around her belly and cupping her breasts as she snuggled against his chest.

It was time for him to leave. The show was over for the night.

Then her eyes opened and Garret Masters could have sworn she looked right at him. He cussed softly, straightened and raised his arm, pulling down the garage door and shutting off the sight of her mouth stretching into a wide grin.
