Thanks to all my guest bloggers for being here while I was gone. I hope everyone enjoyed it.
My friend, Sasha White, and I had an AWESOME trip. Part much-needed vacation, part writing retreat—we seriously have to plan another adventure! Over the next few days we’ll both get pictures of our trip up. Sasha and I will coordinate postings so we don’t cover the same topics.
Until then, I just want to say I’m glad to be back. I missed my morning blogs and talking to you. I did get some work done while I was away, which you can tell if you check out my progress meters to the right. I should have the next chapter of Bad Moon Rising ready to go within a week—written to your specifications! It’ll be a late present from me!

I just got back to the states this sunday. After spending 14 hours travelings from Shanghai to Tokyo (I am not counting the hour and a half I spent the previous night traveling from Dalian to Shanghai) and then San Fransisco, I am suffering from a severe case of jet lag. I spent today, celebrating my grandfather’s ninetieth birthday with family and some of my grandfather’s friend’s he knew since he was a child.
How was your trip? was it relaxng and invigorating? Did you get a chance to read any of the faery book?

Wesley! Welcome back! Just a visit though, right? You are headed back to China. Lovely that you could come for your grandfather’s 90th! I didn’t read a lot on the trip, but did flip through some of the book. Have some things floating in my head for my story though. 🙂
