My horoscopes are getting wierd. “Like a human magnifying glass, you can see the finest details with your naked eyes.”

Did you notice I made some progress yesterday? Not on the big project, but something. I had so many chores to catch up on when I got back from Omaha, I didn’t think I’d make it to writing pages yesterday. But yay!

Today, I have someone coming in to get me organized. I’m tired of my two filing cabinets looking like they’ve been fragged. And I need someone to organize my many bookshelves. I did start with a plan when I moved in, but now, I can’t find a thing. Doesn’t everyone need a single Viking history/myth row of books? That’s what I want. And maybe she can get my mailings ready to go. I just hope she doesn’t talk to me. She’s a chatterer, and I need to work.

I have a stack of books from Omaha, but my mother scarfed them up. I may offer some slightly used books in a couple of weeks. Oh, not quite true, I have copies of Men in Blue and Masters of Desire, both Aphrodisia titles, and both include stories by my sister’s alter ego, Myla Jackson. So if you comment today, you’re in the running to win them both! Have to make room on my shelves for more books. Who knows what else I’ll throw into the box by the time I mail them.

When your organizer leaves your house can you send her to my house? I moved in 3 1/2 years ago and the house still looks like a bomb exploded.

What books are you planning on adding to your shelves? Yours or another author or two we need to know about.

I admit I never thought about you reading books for pleasure. Research though yes. From what I can tell you don’t have much free time for the pleasure portion.

I always clean and organize things just to have them return to a state of chaos days later. I don’t mind that much. Cleaning is cathartic!

    I’d love some more books!

My New Year’s resolution was to become more organized…sadly, it hasn’t happened yet 🙄
I did manage to get the kid’s bedrooms done-bought them the see-through stackable containers for all their bazillion Barbies and accessories. Of course, my next chore will be gathering up receipts for, gulp, doing my income taxes….not my favorite time of year for sure!

I love organizing bookshelves. I know, that is weird. 🙂 I have all 17 bookshelves in my house organized by subject/genre and then alphabetically by author. Filing cabinets, though, not so good at. I have one I’ve been meaning to organize for about 4 years now….

How did you find your organizer? I need some one with different ideas – some of mine work – some not so much.

Just remember to let your muse take control & I’m sure you will be cranking out GREAT pages.

    Happy Hump Day.

Unfortunately, I have to do it by myself.

We are still getting everything organized in the new house. We’ve been there 3 months now. I can say my books are organized but that’s about it.

Kitchen needs lots of help and with Lilly’s stuff every where, it’s hard to be organized.

I have everyone else(that’s mentioned a time frame)beat. 6 1/2 years since I moved and I still don’t have everything unpacked and put away. Not even all my books. I’ve tried several times but get just so far and then life outside the house intrudes. I’ve decided that as long as the place is clean(cluttered but healthy), we can walk around in it, and all important paperwork can be found then I’m not going to stress about it.
But all three residents agree that you can NEVER have TOO many books.

Is you Lonestar Lover Novel, Unforgiven, still only in E-book form?

Although I really dislike the topic of the story, cheating, I would be lying if I said I was not curious as to how you resolve the story.

My own personal opinion is that when somone discovers that their lover is cheating on them it greatly damages if not outright destroys that person’s love for their lover. I think that making up is difficult, because cheating destroys a persons trust in their lover. If that person was cheating on you, how can you know if he/she is not cheating on you now?

I can’t believe yu want to give books away!! Mind you if your organizer is really good I might try and borrow her to organize my library (it has books piled two or three deep on each shelf etc.).

Oh and of course you are right, everyone should have a shelf full of Viking history/myth books (and one on vampires/werewolves/beasties wouldn’t go amiss either)

I can completely understand about books. I have a hard time giving any of them up though. I just keep adding book shelves, and now I practically have a library. But it is such a wonderful library! This year I can include all of those fun eBooks, too. I could probably just start re-reading the stuff I have and it would take me a year to get through it. 😀

Resist the urge to organize. Your house perceives it as an attack and defends itself with clutter you never even knew you owned. If you really upset it you’ll have a problem that requires you to box things up so that you’ll never find anything you need/want again.

My hubby loves to organize things, but afterwards I can never find anything! Also, there are times when he asks me where something is. Of course I have no clue where he put the item he’s looking for. LOL!

Would love to win Men in Blue and Masters of Desire and anything you would care to send! Both books sound really good! 😀

Since my birthday is on Monday, any gifts you’re willing to give away would be greatly appreciated! And if I lived closer to you I’d gladly do your organizing. My friends have me do stuff for them all the time and I love it (since I’m such a neat freak).

    Now remember….Monday January 25th…..birthday 😉

I could use the organizer too. I don’t have enough room in the house for books. I have boxes of my own books and boxes of books I’ve inherited from my mom. I could fill an entire room with all of them.
