Happy Valentines Day!

Amazing what you can find on the internet when you do a simple google search…

Tomorrow and Wednesday, I’ll have two guest bloggers, but on Thursday I’ll be back with some really bad photos of my trip to Memphis (my daughter took the pics). And I have two gifts I bought there to give away. So, I need to dream up a special Elvis contest…

But for now, Happy Valentines, everyone! I’d love to hear what others did for you or what you did for yourself to celebrate Valentine’s Day.

    I got up very early this morning and baked Blueberry Boy Bait for everyone in my office.

    My cuddles came from the pups this morning.

    We’ll have pizza here, and possibly cupcakes. Cupcakes will only be possible if the power does not go out. I guess we are expecting two windstorms to blow through today. Husband is not a cuddly creature, but he will start up the generator if the power goes out, even in pouring rain and driving wind, so I have no complaints. 😉

    Not sure what we have planned but I’m going with nothing. I bought hubby chocolate covered fortune cookies, chocolate covered almonds and a jar of love notes. Each of the kids are getting boxes of chocolate and I bought myself Ghirardelli chocolate box.

    There is a memorial service tomorrow for a soldier who unexpectedly died so they are doing everything needed to get that ready.

    For Valentine’s I bought myself a alphabetical coupon/store card organizing wallet. It’s so cool!
