I woke up to find my Microsoft Outlook email program broken. After a few minutes of panic, I navigated Bill Gate’s site to find a fix. It’s taking FOREVER to run, and I’m not really in the mood to be creative or funny today! 😕
So, how about one of my “getting to know you” questions?
Everyone hears discussions that they consider boring.
What topic can put you to sleep more quickly than any other?

On line games. At work there’s a group of men that play a game on line and they get to talking about it and it bores me to death. Lots of time they will spend the entire break talking about it.

My boss is a poker player and when he starts telling me about this great hand or play I nod off. The other subject is computer programming – I just don’t think like a programmer and I tend to zone out when they ramble.

Sorry to hear about the email. Broken email is not good.
I actually have to leave the room if someone starts discussing politics or religion. I can’t even discuss these topics with people who have the same opinions I do. To me, there is only pointless and boring discussion revolving around these topics.
However, I LOVE to talk about the weather! To me, this is a fascinating topic. Other people, well… this is often a bored-to-tears topic for them. 😉

I have a friend who loves D&D and has weekly games set up with friends. Gaming is not my thing.

Huh, I’m not sure. This just proves I need more adult interaction in my life.

Golf! When someone starts talking about it or has it on TV I just zone out. It is sooo boring in my opinion.

Hmmm… I can’t even think of a topic that’s a surefire snore. I generally find something interesting about people when I talk to them, even if it’s to study something kinda gross. It’s how I find my characters. 🙂
