Look down at your nails right now. What color nail polish are you wearing?
I’m wearing a surfer, aqua blue. I don’t know why I chose it from the dozens of bottles I have collected over the years, and which sit in a large Rubbermaid box on a shelf in my bathroom. I’m not sure I like it, but I’ll wear it for a couple of days and see what happens. Nail color affects my mood. Or is it my mood that affects my color choice? Hmmm…

Today I’m wearing a polish that’s called: “I knead Sourdough”, which has nothing to do with the color. It’s a mix of a brown, bronze, red-ish color. 😆

I don’t wear nail polish. It causes my nails to split. But if I were to choose a colour it would probably be a pale pink.
Pale Pink
Soft pink nails belong to someone who is quiet (or doesn’t want to stand out) and youthful without being cutesy. Women who opt for this hue are impeccably groomed, making this the perfect colour for svelte career professionals.

Lisa! I know it’s a pain in the butt to keep up with. I have very brittle nails. If I don’t paint them, they break and peel. I keep them very short now so I can type fast, but color is like wearing jewels to me.

I don’t do my nails as they never stay long and pretty so don’t look good with polish. However my daughter always has prettily polished nails and the last time I saw them they were very glittery for Christmas 😀

I don’t paint my nails. I think that means I am lazy. Or too cheap to buy the polish anymore. I think I threw out more polish than I ever used. The last polish I had broke during a move and spilled all over my favorite towels. Not sure how that happened, but never replace it. *shrugs*

While I am currently wearing a pale pink, OPI’s “A Rose at Dawn, Broke by Noon”. I have been known to do glitters, hot pink, purple, lavender and dark brown all depending on my mood. However, my favorite color is a red by OPI, it is called “I’m Not Really a Waitress”. I wear this color most of the time. Here is what it said about red polish:
