Jennifer Kacey: Fantasies A-Z (Huge Giveaway!)
Friday, June 16th, 2017

So… About a year and a half ago I decided to write a serial release about a married couple finding and exploring kink together. Finding themselves. Finding each other again for the first time which can be soooooo scary.

The journey of Zeke and Aslan was born with Aslan’s Stranger. Now 9 stories later I’ve written the last story which is Aslan’s Fear. I have loved this couple and everything they have learned and how they’ve grown and how incredibly brave they both have been to find exactly who they’re meant to be. And sharing it with their spouse has been soooo much harder to write than I expected it to be.

They aren’t starting with a clean slate and no expectations.

Instead they’ve had a decade to “BE” with each other and all which that entails.

And writing their happily ever after has been one of the most rewarding writing experiences I’ve ever had. I balled writing the last book. Balled every time I re-read it for editing. It’ll be up in just a little bit but before then here are all the books in my rainbow glory!!! Had that planned from the beginning too just because it makes me soooo happy to look at it!

Here’s links to all of them in case you need a bit of a dose of dirty today….or tomorrow….or the next day. 😛

These are stories in a serial release all featuring Aslan and Zeke. A married couple looking for more and finding it in the arms of each other. There will be nine stories total, with one being released every couple months. Short kinky stories meant to tantalize and excite you. May you fall in love with love and everything that word means to your fantasies…

Aslan’s Stranger
Zeke’s Pitstop
Aslan’s Desire
Zeke’s Surprise
Aslan’s Fetish
Zeke’s Meeting
Aslan’s Evening
Zeke’s Demons
Aslan’s Fear – Coming soon!!!

I read romances because they pull me out of my depression for a short time. I can focus on something else and it helps. Plus I’m just a romantic and hope everyone gets a happy ending.

Hi, Jennifer! I read romance for the hope and the chance to enjoy someone else’s journey to an HEA. I love also the chance to armchair travel a bit and to live someone else’s life for a bit. I love the reminder that hope springs eternal and love DOES prevail. An author can really bring the shivers by capturing some of the best of how people connect–great dialogue, seeing a relationship unfold, those are amazing and can be life changing. Keep on writing, please!

You do have the best giveaways! Thank you. Why do I read romance? I like the escape. I like the fantasy of it. I like the happy-ever-after. It makes me feel good and leaves me with the hope that maybe . . . Finding authors like you that throw some kink into the romance, well that is just so hot. Amazingly, it also helps me learn about myself which is really kind of awesome. I think this series of a couple exploring each other, themselves and what they can be together, well, fantastic. We all need to learn about ourselves and those we love. Thank you. pansyparsons at hotmail dot com

Why do I read romance??? Plain and simple ~~ for the escape.

Reading takes me away from my every day life of housework, laundry, cooking, yard work, etc. For just the length of whatever book I’m reading, I can forget that my husband is sick, there’s bills to pay and our checks haven’t come in yet, that my kids/grandkids are acting like asses and putting their whole life out on social media.

For that period of time, I am in another world, living vicariously thru that particular story. I laugh, I cry, I get angry and want to slap some of the characters, but I adore the HEA and the love behind each and every story. I can tune out everything and everybody and just relax and enjoy “my” time. Reading literally keeps me sane and able to function in my real life.

    My email address is shirleyjlong50@gmail.com

    Thanks!!

I read for the escape and the fantasy of the books. I especially love romantic suspense books because in my head I picture each book as an action movie. Also love paranormal romance b/c who wouldn’t love if some of the crazy was real! I’d love to be a shifter!

I read for escape as well. I enjoy suspense with the little bit of unknown. Paranormal takes me to worlds I have never been and Historical allows me to visit the past.

I read romance for the HEA/HFN and to escape from everyday stuff. I would read 24/7 if I didn’t have to sleep and take care of other obligations. 🙂

I read romance because I love the HEAs. It’s like a vacation from my life, especially when it draws me it and I tend to ignore everything going on around me

I love reading romance books, I started reading Harlequin books when I was 17, that was 40 years ago, and hiding them under the bed because my Mom didn’t approve of them ???? I love how the characters have their deferences and in most cases resolve those differences and come back together. I am a Happily After After romance reader, they seem to pick you up If you’ve had a crappie day. I would rather read a book that watch TV any day.

I love to read romance books because it gives me new ways to spice up my love life at home with my husband. I got to give credit to you authors and your creative minds. You make my married life a million times better and my husband thanks you also. I love a good sex scene and if the author can make me blush that is what makes me loyal and come back for more.

I love to read romance because I can transported to any time period, any alien setting. I don’t have to worry about the ending. In a world where happy endings isn’t guaranteed I love reading romances because everything turns out great. They always live happily ever after.

    Thank you for the chance!

I love to read romance because of the obstacles they must overcome to reach true love. Of course the wild, passionate sex they have is also a plus.

I read romance because of the happily ever afters. I love how I can lose myself in a good Romance book and forget about the harsh realities of the real world. So much bad stuff is happening to me now that losing myself in a good Romance book leaves me happy.

It’s simple really, I read romance novels to escape the harsh reality that is my everyday life. When you live in a world where every moment is a precious gift then you start to look for something to give dreams of a better life. I can remember my very first romance book, it was My Girl Friday by Diana Palmer and I was 15 years old. My mother gave it to me as a distraction to keep my mind off an upcoming surgery. I didn’t know what to expect but man once I start that book I couldn’t put it down. I was drawn into this other world where all that mattered was love and trust. Outward beauty didn’t matter and he heroine’s smarts was really important to the hero. There I sat on my bed crying in happy tears because all I could think was “OMG! I want this kind of life for myself” Of course I knew that could never happen but from that day forward I was hooked on romance books. I read every Diana Palmer book I could get my hands on and then I moved on to more erotic books. I found my niche that I loved and authors that I would stay loyal to and authors that I out grew. All in all though romance books taught me that when I am at my lowest all I have to do is pick up a book, open it up and dive into a world where love is all that counts. Love can’t hurt you, love doesn’t die and love conquers all. There is nothing more important than love and a Happily ever after.

I’ve been reading romance books since I was about 10 years old, long before I even knew what the word meant,LOL! Even then the thing I loved most about them, besides the hea, was the chance to escape into another world and time. With Kathleen E. Woodiwiss I could be a Saxon maiden conquered my my Norman invaders in “The Wolf & The Dove” or a young English girl running from her past into the arms of the handsome yankee in “The Flame & The Flower”.

Later I could be a forensic sculptor going up against madmen and serial killers. In the Eve Duncan series by Iris Johansen. Recently I discovered that my new favorite genre is per(para erotic rom), with sci-fi/fantasy a very close second.

Throughout all the years though one thing hasn’t changed my love of reading and being able to feel myself as a part of the world the authors have created. ????

I read romance because I like the way the characters care and love each other so hard. I love all of them from MC to shifters to cowboys romances. My favorite is when characters from other books make an appearance in a new book. I giggle when the couples have kids and they have funny conversations. lol 😛

I read for pure pleasure and escapism. I have found out so many things about myself since I started reading romance so long ago. To be able to get lost in someone else’s journey is truly an amazing thing.
I am also a lover of words and enjoy how my favorite authors weave their stories.

About 6 yeas ago I got hooked on reading again and found romance from a free read. I found erotic romance and it resparked several interests I had and after that I was a goner =)
As far as why… it makes me smile and feel good. It also helps inspire ideas. For me if I can connect to a character I’m totally in.
