Okay, so maybe a better title would have been “happy songs” or “dance tunes”, but I’m sitting at my dd’s kitchen table watching the 13-year-old sweep the floor, and the quiet’s killing her, so I brought up You Tube and found this. Love Luis Fonsi! Remember “Despacito”?!

 

Yes, life’s hard for teenagers without something or someone entertaining them.

In steps grandmamá.

She’s smiling now. Give us some ideas for more tunes that will make us want to dance while we write…and sweep. 🙂

    Girl! I love music when I clean! Pretty much any song from Pan!c At the Disco is great for getting your groove on. From the soundtrack for Kinky Boots, I recommend The Sex Is In The Heels, The History of Wrong Guys and Soul of a Man. Twenty One Pilots Heavydirtysoul, Stessed Out, Heathens and Fairly Local. Any song by Breaking Benjamin and most by Linkin Park (some of their alternative stuff doesn’t have a beat). I could go on but that’s at the top of my list!

    I don’t know how well it will go over with teenagers, but I clean up to Grace Jones Pull Up to My Bumper.
