UPDATE: The winner is…Jennifer Beyer!
*~*~*
This is still one of my all-time favorite music videos. Who knew Christopher Walken could dance?! It’s weird (which I love) and makes you want to move! So, this being Saturday, I know I need to bust some moves and get my space clean. Ugh, isn’t housework the worst? The weather is warming up the pool. Slowly. We’re going to try to swim late this afternoon. The pool is still a bit cloudy, but we’re tired of waiting for “perfect.” It’s so much better than the sludgy black-green it was a month ago. Sounds nasty, right? It was!
So, here’s the contest. Share the title of a music video you love. That’s it. Up for grabs is a $5 Amazon gift card.
And if you’re needing suggestions for what to read this weekend, here’s one…

Don’t enter me in the giveaway. I learned Christopher Walken could dance from an Actors Studio interview where he said he always tried to do a little tribute somehow to dance. Mine’s an oldie but goodie from Janet Jackson: What Have you Done for Me Lately? https://youtu.be/r9uizdKZAGE

I have always loved this video. Mostly because I think Christopher Walken is so cool. I think Yuve Yuve Yu by The Hu has an awesome video because it’s so sweeping. Any video by twenty one pilots is amazing because they are so story-driven and tied together. There’s a new video by Call Me Karizma called Vacuum Boy that I think is so funny. I love a good video!

I guess I am an oddball… never really paid attention to music videos.

Do love the Weapon of Choice video. The one I can’t stop watching is Heart, covering Stairway to Heaven at the Kennedy Center Honors, Led Zeppelin. Really the whole tribute, The Foo Fighters, Lenny Kravitz, Kid Rock, all do awesome covers. Heart blew me away.

It’s been decades since I watched any music videos. Years and years ago I use to watch RAGE on TV. Great music videos for the times.

I love Weapon of Choice as well. The music video that sticks in my head is the first one played on MTV (yes I am old) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=W8r-tXRLazs
