UPDATE: The winner is…Eileen Airey!
*~*~*
I wrapped up my latest book a couple of days ago, and I have a huge To Do list of things to accomplish so I can start the next one. As well, I have tons of cleaning/organizing to do because I let things slide when I’m in deadline mode. But wouldn’t you know? All I want to do is chill for a few days.
I had recorded some “Christmas in July” Hallmark movies to watch in my down time, thinking it would be some mindless zen, but I didn’t like any of them. Either I didn’t like the plot, the hero, or the heroine. I think I’m just not in the right mood for all that sweetness. So, I also have all the Aurora Teagarden’s saved, and I thought I might binge through them although I’ve watched like the first six of them and still haven’t forgiven the show for getting rid of her first boyfriend. So, maybe I won’t watch those. I like the Mystery 101 series, too. So, maybe I’ll binge on those. Maybe. After thinking so much about it, I’m ready for a serial killer story.

I like the Hallmark mysteries the best.

I like the Hallmark mysteries too – most of the movies with Lacey Chabert. Since you liked Aurora Teagarden’s first boyfriend have you seen the actor Yannick Bisson in Canada’s Murdock Mysteries? I watch it on Ovation TV.

I enjoy the Hallmark movies especially the mysteries and the Christmas ones. I don’t really have a favorite since I love so many of them.

I do enjoy Hallmark movies, including the Aurora Teagarden movies. Do they have more the first six available now. Last time I tried watching them they stopped after the first few and I didn’t want to buy the rest. I was frustrated but I like most of the other mysteries so all was good. Christmas in July is good too, but I haven’t been in the mood this year either. Occasionally I get in the mood for the romantic comedies or even just the sappy romances. Yeah! Hallmark is good.

not really

Considering I don’t get to see many down here in Australia, I enjoy them when I do and I’m all for the soppy holiday movie

My cousin, her daughter and I love hallmark movies and mystery series, like the Teagardens, Gourmet Chef, Garage sale mysteries to name a few.
We were devastated when we heard Candace Cameron Bure (Aurora Teagarden) wasn’t renewing her contract with the Hallmark channel.

I like some, but others I don’t. The Christmas ones have just gotten stupid. Also I don’t really watch that much tv.

I see Teagarden fans here! And yes, I hate that they won’t continue, because now, I worry about the cast members Candace is leaving hanging in the wind. 🙁 I love the Murder She Baked series, too!
