UPDATE: The winner is…Rita Zani!
*~*~*
Okay, so it’s not Saturday, and this just feels weird. But we’ll roll with it.
I’m busy writing. I have a book to finish today or tomorrow. I’m hoping my hero and heroine will behave and let me finish. The dog is also a shameless scene-stealer.
But back to the contest!
Solve the puzzle and then tell me this…
What would you do if this knight stormed your castle, capturing it and you? Tell me a little about that first moment when you meet — for a chance to win a $5 Amazon gift card!Â

finished puzzle in 5:47. Nice one.
So he storms the castle and captured me. The problem is I think he’s my brother. Yup. Didn’t see that coming now did you.
He’s got similar facial features to those in my family and the hair gives him away.
So here’s how it plays out when we meet.
“Damsel, I have saved you and now you’re my captive.”
“Bro. not funny. I’m telling ma you’re the one who got the carpets dirty and broke the front gate. You’re in so much trouble.”
This damsel don’t need any knight to save her in this fantasy world or any. I got this. lol
Thanks for the fun puzzle and idea.
Good luck finishing your timeline.

I think I would not be happy and would run away and hide.

Hmmm, I would escape through a secret passage my family has and bring back reinforcements!

I would have tried to escape the siege to protect the children and elders. I would be found with any of them that couldn’t escape in time so I would probably clang him in the face with a heavy object.

I would have escaped thru one of the many secret passages in the castle. I would find a way to send for help from our friends.

Sir Knight, I plead mercy for my people.
I grant mercy because they are now my people and this is my demesne,

Make sure I’m armed and have keys to the storerooms before approaching to negotiate for the safety of my fellow servants.
