Yesterday, I spent the entire day at the VA hospital in Little Rock for my annual checkup. Apparently, I’m as healthy as a 64-year-old ought to be—other than the occasional pesky spike of my BP. That will be investigated, but I’m feeling good. My hand is improving. I’m still wearing the brace. I don’t want to accidentally knock or jam my hand before the bone is fully healed. But it’s not a huge inconvenience for anyone except my dd who hasn’t had my help with dishes in nearly a month. 🙂
