Wrapping up the story coming to you next Tuesday, I’ll have to say I’ve done as much research into Yellowstone and its surroundings as I have archeological digs in the Yucatan jungle or research facilities situated on an ice floe in the Artic. So much to see. But the Petrified Forest interests me. And Old Faithful.

Only time I went was as a kid. I remember Old Faithful, mainly because I though it was boring standing around and waiting for it to blow just because the adults thought it might be interesting. What did I know. I was only 8 or 9 at the time. I’d love to be able to take an extended vacation there these days and see everything…as long as I physically capable of doing all that walking and as long as the volcano didn’t decide to finally erupt just when I was there.

I love Yellowstone! I would love to see the bison again. We got lucky and saw tons of them the time we visited.
