Saturday Puzzle-Contest: Your Christmas Movie List!
Saturday, November 16th, 2024

UPDATE: The winner is…Eileen McCall!
*~*~*

I wasn’t sure what I’d talk about today until I looked at the screen that pops up when I open my computer. There at the top, I saw an ad for the trailer for Hot Frosty. I’m sharing that trailer here—you’re welcome! (For those of you who get my blogs via email, you have to go to the website to view! It’s worth it!)

Yes, it’s not even past Thanksgiving yet, but we’re already watching Christmas movies in this house. I quickly sent off a message to my dd that Hot Frosty was on our list for this weekend! (Don’t you just love that title? It’s silly, cheesy, and totally to the point—so, it’s unforgettable!)

Contest

For a chance to win a $5 Amazon gift card, tell me what you have on your list to watch this season and whether Hot Frosty appeals to you as much as it does to me!

White Christmas. However this one looks good. We don’t watch much on tv anymore so not sure what will see this year

Hot Frosty does sound interesting. I will try to catch a version of A Christmas Carol. Others will depend on what and when available. I don’t stream anything, so only use standard channels

Traditional here… White Christmas, Love Actually, Donovan’s Reef, Emmett Otter’s Jug Band Christmas, It’s A Wonderful Life. We don’t currently subscribe to any of the Hallmark Channels, so that avenue for me is not available. Although when we did have it, I’d watch Christmas movies all through October, November and December!

I am in total agreement with Hot Frosty, love Lacey and her movies. I am a big fan of the romance Christmas movies. Although I have to admit to liking the ones on American Family more than Hallmark the last few years. Except the ones with Andrew Walker and Tyler Hines they are in most of my favorites.

Definitely going to have to try that movie. Looks real cute. I don’t really do a lot of movie watching during the holidays just because it cuts into reading time and this is when I have to play catch up if I’m behind on any reading challenge books.

I don’t generally watch the traditional holiday movies. They don’t usually appeal to me. I make an exception for Die Hard. I think it’s the best holiday movie ever.

I tend to have a weakness for the Hallmark movies and I have several on my list to watch. A couple star Lacey Chabert. I like her movies, no mater what season they portray. Hot Frosty has not come to my attention until now. Sadly, I don’t do Netflix. But If I find it some place else, I will definitely watch it. It looks so fun. Thank you. Good thoughts and positive energy. HUGS

I recently went to the movie theater and saw the new The Best Christmas Pageant Ever and it was wonderful.

I am wanting to go and see White Christmas on the big screen this year since it is the 75th anniversary

We always watch Christmas in Connecticut and the original Miracle on 34th Street as well as the original animated How the Grinch Stole Christmas. Already saw the preview of Hot Frosty as Netflix suggested it for me. Lacey Chabert is everywhere!

I watched that trailer last week, and it does look good. But I am not a huge tv watcher. I tend to listen to music more than anything.
