If I were to eat ice cream for breakfast, it would be a banana split sprinkled with good granola and whip cream. Diary, grains, and fruit sounds like a well balanced breakfast to me.

Sadness! I don’t have any ice-cream in my freezer, so will be unable to celebrate this holiday in the way it should be. *sigh* Oh well. As to how I would eat my ice-cream for breakfast? Although both these examples look absolutely scrumptious, I actually prefer my ice-cream all by itself. Just me and a lovely bowl of Butter Pecan. All I need. YUM!

I would mix my ice cream with coffee which would make a nice breakfast shake.

I might make a breakfast smoothie with ice cream & yogurt & fresh fruit. Or I just might get myself a waffle cone & fill it up with u e cream & some caramel sauce.
