6 Days/6 Reasons to buy it now!
Wednesday, February 18th, 2009

My heroes are the first and most important reasons you should buy this book now! And I hope I’ve provided enough of a tease to convince you. If not, let me try again.

You’ve already met Cody and Joe—and you’ve had a glimpse of Logan—but wouldn’t you like a much closer look?

Beware, this excerpt might be too hot for work!

*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*

Night Watch

Schoolteacher Amy Keating never planned to be a voyeur, but one innocent glance into deputy Logan Ross’s bedroom window has her hooked. Now she’s into a world of sexual play she never knew existed…

*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*

She raised the lens cap dangling on a string to cover the end of the telescope, then glanced back inside the room.

Logan had returned.

Her hand paused mid-air, the lens cap falling from numb fingertips. He was still completely nude, and pacing the room like a caged tiger.

Everything about him oozed frustration. From the jerky, heavy movements of his naturally graceful body to the erection that hadn’t waned.

He disappeared for a moment, and then stepped into her view again, straps dangling from his fingers.

Bound and Determined
Bar owner Tara Toomey is in the mood to serve bad boy Cody Westhofen more than a drink. What better way to capture his attention—and more—than to kidnap him for a wanton weekend? Tied to Tara’s bed, Cody is more than willing to cooperate…

Breezy Ridin’
When Joe Chavez and a sheriff’s deputy pull over a speeding motorcycle, it’s no surprise the county judge’s naughty daughter Sarah Michelson is behind the wheel—naked. And when she bribes them with a threesome, all laws are suspended as the men prepare for the ride of their lives…

*~*~*~*~*~*~*

A hot breeze toyed with a strand of hair lying across her breast, but Sarah Michelson wasn’t about to flick it away now. She was already in deep shit and wondering whether she should pour on the syrup and sweet talk the two officers striding her way.

Excerpt from HotBlooded
Tuesday, February 10th, 2009

Tough and rough, tall and dark, these are men a woman never forgets. Experience pleasure like no other in the arms of a cowboy…

“Hot Blooded” by Delilah Devlin
Rancher Adam Youngblood is always happy to help a damsel in distress. But before he’ll pull the sweetly curvaceous and fiercely independent Cass McIntyre to safety, he demands promises of unconditional sexual surrender…

*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*

Sunlight broke through the clouds by mid-afternoon. Although the rain had stopped an hour before, chaos still reigned in the park as the rivers continued to rise. All the low water crossings were impassible. Climbers and hikers all along the trails had been stranded. When the Canyon Volunteer Fire Department called the ranch, Adam Youngblood bit back a curse.

The last place he wanted to be today was anywhere near the park and one particular little park ranger. But he headed straight for the headquarters building near the entrance of the park where the rangers had organized search parties to rescue stranded campers and hikers.

Mavis Benson who manned the information desk sidled close to him with a clipboard in her hands. “Adam,” she said hesitantly.

“What do you need, sweetheart?”

“We have a situation.”

He glanced at the organized chaos around him and nodded his head. “We certainly do.”

She pulled at his shirtsleeve and tilted her clipboard toward him. “Cass—Fortress Cliff—0800” was scribbled in purple ink. “She hasn’t checked back in.”

Adam didn’t want to care. In fact, he hated the way his belly knotted at that piece of news. “Have you sent anyone to check it out?”

A Writing Prompt
Sunday, February 1st, 2009

People always ask writers where they get their inspiration for new stories. The automatic answer that most often comes is, “Everywhere.”

Case in point. I was cleaning out my photo files tonight—mostly looking for unflattering pics of myself (I cull them ruthlessly!)—when I came across this one. It’s blurred. Elle James, Sylvia Day, and Jordan Summers are almost unrecognizable, and the background is overexposed. But my finger hesitated on the mouse while I contemplated deleting it.

Why? It’s creepy. And the longer I looked at it, the creepier it got. I started the old “what if” question all writers ask themselves when they start brainstorming a new project. “What if a woman takes pictures of friends in a familiar place, but the ghostly background isn’t the same one she snapped? What if she’s seeing how that same place looked fifty years ago, a hundred years ago, or five hundred?” And off my imagination went…

The title says it all!

For the record, I’m hetero. But for that shapely bottom, I’d consider a switch. What do you think? Mmm-mmm.

I love writing short stories. Love getting a story done in a day, start to finish. It’s a chance to stretch my muscles and get as much emotion, action, and sexy content into as few pages as possible because it’s a way to exericise my brain. So, when I see a call for submission for something that teases my imagination, I jump all over it. Like I did this one. What erotica writer could resist a call for Lesbian Cowboy stories?

And surprise…mine made the cut! Yeehaw! This one’s out sometime in July. I hope that even if this isn’t your flavor of erotica, you’ll give it whirl.

A sexy new cover!

Thought I’d share this. It arrived today. The book will be out at the end of March. Bet you can guess what it’s all about just looking at the picture and the title!
